NY-Penn League News Photo |
I had some time today, so I took a look at attendance in the New York-Penn League so far this season compared to the 2017 season. The below table is not good news. Attendance continues to decline at most venues around the league. Only Brooklyn and Willamsport are showing an increase in average attendance over last season.
It is disappointing. Minor League baseball is the best entertainment value going, in my opinion. But maybe I'm just showing my age.
See you at the ballpark.
