Happy Birthday to former New York-Penn League Pedro Garcia. He was signed by the Seattle Pilots in 1969 as an amateur free agent, their only year in majors before relocating to Milwaukee in 1970.

He played in 51 games for the 1970 Newark (New York) Co-Pilots (14 HR, 36 RBI, .305/.433/.677). Garcia went on to play five seasons in the major leagues with the Milwaukee Brewers (1973-76), Detroit Tigers (1976), Toronto Blue Jays (1977).
