Happy 60th Birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Mark Gardner. He pitched in three games  for the Jamestown Expos in 1985.

Gardner played in the majors for 13 seasons with the Montreal Expos (1989-92), Kansas City Royals (1993), Florida Marlins (1994-95), and San Francisco Giants (1996-2001).

He was the San Francisco Giants bullpen coach from 2003 until 2017.
