Happy Birthday (76th) to former New York-Penn League prospect Bill Denehy. He played for the 1965 Auburn Mets.

Denehy played in the majors during three seasons with the New York Mets (1967), Washington Senators (1968), and Detroit Tigers (1971). 

After his playing career, he was the head baseball coach at the University of Hartford (1985-87).
