Happy 78th Birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Clarence "Cito" Gaston. He played in 11 games for the Binghamton Triplets in 1964 (yes, the Triplets were in the NYPL from 1964 to 1966).

Gaston played for the Atlanta Braves (1967, '75-78), San Diego Padres (1969-74), and Pittsburgh Pirates (1978). 

He managed the Toronto Blue Jays for 12 seasons (1989-97, 2008-10) and won the World Series in 1992 and '93.
