The Best of the Rest: Former NYPL Prospects Listed in Baseball America's Prospect Handbook

Over the past two weeks, I posted 14 lists of former New York-Penn League (NYPL) prospects listed in Baseball America's 2019 Prospect Handbook.

Here is the rest of the best. Prospects who played in the NYPL and are included on Top 30 lists of  Major League teams who don't have affiliates in the NYPL.
