New York-Penn League Birthdays - March 14

Here is a list of former New York-Penn League prospects who were born on March 14. Click on the names to link to Baseball Reference for more information.

Tim Ireland (Jamestown Expos, 1973). Born in 1953. He played in a total of 11 games for the Kansas City Royals over two seasons (1981-82)

Mike Rochford (Elmira Pioneers, 1982). Born in 1963. He pitched in a total of 8 games for the Boston Red Sox over three seasons (1988-90)

Billy Paul Carver (Auburn Astros, 1987). Born in 1966. Carver played three seasons in the minor leagues.

Jalal Leach (Oneonta Yankees, 1990). Born in 1969. He played in eight games for the 2001 San Francisco Giants.

Robert Dodd (Batavia Clippers, 1994). Born in 1973. Dodd pitched in four games for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1998.

Adam Taylor (Watertown Indians, 1996-97). Born in 1974. He played in the minors for four years.

Randor Bierd (Oneonta Tigers, 2006). Born in 1984. He pitched in 29 games for the 2008 Baltimore Orioles.

Steven Hill (Batavia Muckdogs, 2007). Born in 1985. Hill pitched in a total of 10 games for the St. Louis Cardinals (2010, '12).

Paul Nardozzi (Oneonta Tigers, 2007). Born in 1985. He played two seasons in the minor leagues.

Jamie Lehman (Vermont Expos, 2005; Auburn Doubledays 2009). Born in 1985. He played six seasons in the minors.

Jose Urena (Mahoning Valley Scrappers, 2009) Born on 1988. Urena played four seasons in the minor leagues.
