Happy 77th Birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Clarence "Cito" Gaston. He played in 11 games for the Binghamton Triplets (yes, the Triplets were in the NYPL from 1964 to 1966).

Gaston played for the Atlanta Braves (1967, '75-78), San Diego Padres (1969-74), and Pittsburgh Pirates (1978). He later managed the Toronto Blue Jays (1989-97, 2008-10) to two World Series wins in 1992 and '93.
