New York-Penn League Prospects who made it to the Majors: Ted Sadowski

Ted Sadowski played in the PONY (New York-Penn) League in 1955 for the Erie Senators. He pitched in 11 games and had a record of 6-0, and a 2.91 ERA.

He played three seasons in the major leagues with the Washington Senators (1960) and Minnesota Twins (1961-62).

Sadowski had two brothers  (Bob and Ed) and a nephew (Jim Sadowski) who played in the majors.
