Happy 77th birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Jim Miles. He played for the the Geneva Senators in 1966.
Miles pitched in a total of 13 games for the Washington Senators during the 1968 and 1969 seasons. He finished his major league career with a 0-1 record and an ERA of 7.30.
He was the baseball coach at Northwest Mississippi Community College from 1979 to 1997.
