Update: New York-Penn League Attendance 2005-19

Now that the regular season is over (the playoffs conclude tonight), here is an update to my previous posts regarding attendance figures in the New York-Penn League.

Monongalia County Ballpark - Granville, WV - July 30, 2019

As I stated in my July 14, post: "I have been concerned about the declining attendance at New York-Penn League games for some time. Each city in the league experiences unique challenges as they compete for entertainment dollars in their community."

Below is a table showing the annual regular season average attendance numbers in the league over time, going back to 2005. I'll leave the analysis to someone else.
