Happy 78th Birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Dick Billings. He played for the 1965 Geneva Senators.
Billings played in the majors for 8 seasons with the Washington Senators (1968-71), Texas Rangers (1972-74) and St. Louis Cardinals (1974-75).
