Happy 76th Birthday to former New York-Penn League prospect Billy Rohr. He pitched for the 1964 Wellsville Red Sox.

Rohr played for the Boston Red Sox (1967) and Cleveland Indians (1968). He is remembered for almost pitching a no-hitter against the New York Yankees on April 14, 1967 (link to boxscore).

After his playing days he worked as an attorney.
