Former New York-Penn League prospect Elmo Plaskett was born on this date in 1938. He appeared in 27 games for the 1957 Jamestown Falcons.
Plaskett played for the Pittsburgh Pirates during two seasons (1962-63).
He died on November 2, 1998, at the age of 60.
