Question: There were six teams when the New York-Penn League (known as the Pennsylvania-Ontario-New York or PONY League) was formed in 1939. Name the last remaining city of the original six with a team in the league.

Answer: Batavia, New York. In addition to Batavia the original cities with teams in the PONY (now New York-Penn League) were Bradford, Pennsylvania; Hamilton, Ontario; Jamestown, New York; Niagara Falls, New York; and Olean, New York.
